These terms and conditions constitute the return and refund policy of Runway Rebels. Terms and Conditions for return and refund: 1. The customers have 3 days to check their purchases. 2. If a customer is unsatisfied with the products that have defects/damaged upon received, they must return them within 3 days of the purchase.  3. For exchange of size & colors, no return & refund will be allowed. 4. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned & refunded. 5. The products must be returned within 3 days under the following conditions; a. The condition of the purchase must be the same as it was at the time of purchase b. It must contain all tags c. It must not be damaged d. The customer must provide the purchase receipt/payment receipt as proofs. 4. Please note, customer/s will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We process all orders within 5 working days after the order is placed. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for destinations within the West Malaysia, and 5-7 days for East Malaysia. If we’re experiencing a high order volume, there may be a shipment delay of a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday shipping volumes, or extreme weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.
